At low tide at sunset, many people get out and walk amongst the large rock structures called sea stacks. I noticed this person walking towards me and saw the beautiful colors behind him/her.

I used my heavier duty drone to fly over open ocean water and captured this beautiful image of a large sea rock at sunset. It was an unusually calm evening on the north Pacific and perfect conditions for open-water drone flights.

There were plenty of people standing at view points taking shots of the sides of these big sea rocks. I was the only one who got to see it from the top down. I love that long shadow on the frigid Pacific Ocean.

From the parking lot at Heceta Head Lighthouse, you have to walk up a gravel road to the lighthouse and ancillary buildings. Along the walk, I saw this nice view of the rocky ocean shore south of the lighthouse.
